New customers signing up, and existing customers renewing their Vodacom Fibre Broadband service, both qualify. Existing in-contract customers who migrate to a different line speed (upgrade or downgrade) are excluded from this promotion.

How do I know if fibre is available at my address?
Pick your address from the list in the form on this page and you'll see straight away whether fibre reaches it, and from what price, across the networks Vodacom sells on - Openserve, Vumatel, MFN, Frogfoot and others. If fibre isn't there yet, leave your details and we'll let you know what alternatives exist.
How long does installation take?
It depends which of three cases you are in. If your home already has an active fibre line, switching provider needs no new installation at all - we confirm the timing with the network for your line. If your area has fibre but your property does not, installation typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from application. If a new line has to be run to your property, it can take 4 to 6 weeks. We keep you updated throughout.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. All packages are available on month-to-month, 12-month, or 24-month contracts, and promotional pricing applies on all three. You can upgrade your speed at any time.
What router do I get?
All packages include a Vodacom S90 Ultra Wi-Fi router at no extra cost. It has a built-in LTE SIM slot — if you add the Mobile Backup option (R49/pm), your internet automatically switches to LTE when fibre goes down.
Can I keep my existing landline number?
Yes. You can add Vodacom Fibre Voice (from R135/pm for 250 minutes) and port your existing landline number across. Voice runs over your fibre line so it doesn't use your internet data.
Is Xeevo a reseller? Who is my contract with?
Your contract is directly with Vodacom — same product, same pricing, same network. Xeevo is an authorised Vodacom Business Partner. We handle the application, coordinate installation, and provide ongoing local support as your dedicated account manager.
